About Me

Hello! My name is Rachel Jackson.  I am a Studio Arts major at BYU and I'm in the process of getting a teaching licensure.  I started out originally as an Art Education major and recently decided to pursue Bachelors in Fine Arts.  I love working in a variety of art mediums and I especially love working with kids!  I am participating in a program called Arts Bridge that is focused on integrating art lessons with elementary curriculum.  This year I have been assigned to work with Jayme Gandara's 4th grade class.  Mrs. Gandara is a fabulous teacher and she has a wonderful class!  I look forward to working with them this semester.  To learn more about Arts Bridge visit http://education.byu.edu/arts/arts_bridge
